  1. Drink some water. Set reminders if you have to. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, lack of clarity and low productivity.
  2. Put your feet flat on the floor and feel more grounded. Sit comfortably but with good posture. When your posture slouches during the day correct it.
  3. Take 5 deep beautiful breaths. Notice how clear your mind is. Repeat this throughout your day if your energy is waining.
  4. Close your eyes and tune in with your senses to your immediate environment. What can you hear, see, smell, touch or taste. Feel that connection to all things. It will increase your creativity.
  5. Move your body. If you are sitting at your desk raise your arms above your head, clasp your hands and stretch. Look out through your arms and really feel that elongation. Know your own strength. Connect with your own strength.
  6. Stand up and move yourself like a tree in the wind. Hear your favourite music in your head or play it and let your body express itself. Stomp those feet on the spot. Your circulation will improve and if you weren't smiling you will be now. Frame your day with exercise for wellbeing. Commit to fitting in time into your morning or evening to move your body in a way that feels empowering. Feel the fresh air revive you.
  7. Take the first negative thought that comes into your head, put your palms out in front of you and imagine that you are pushing that thought back a few steps. Now look at it from a distance. Be honest, do you really believe this is true. When you are ready gather that thought into a ball in your hands and pitch it like baseball. What thought(s) would be a better use of your mind space.
  8. Write a true statement about yourself that is uplifting right now, don't over think it. Write one everyday for the next month. Now be grateful that you know so much about yourself that you didn't before.
  9. Choose a lunch today whether homemade or bought that makes you feel good. What we consume in food,  thoughts, social media, news feed, environmentally all affect our digestion and energy levels.
  10. Gossip is poison.  It is cruel and addictive. It is a waste of your energy and time. Choose to allow people be who they are and the ecosystem in which you live will become a happier place.
